LEGAL NOTICE & CUSTOM PRINTING POLICY

1. OWNERSHIP OF CONTENT & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY By uploading, submitting, or sharing any design, graphic, or text ("Content") with [ThePrintStudio], you (the "User") represent and warrant that:

  • You own the copyright or have obtained all necessary legal licenses and permissions to reproduce the Content.

  • The Content does not infringe upon the trademarks, service marks, copyrights, or any other proprietary rights of any third party (including but not limited to IPL teams, music artists, or corporate brands).

  • [ThePrintStudio] acts solely as a passive conduit for your custom printing. We do not manually verify the ownership of every design uploaded.

2. INDEMNIFICATION (YOUR LIABILITY) You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless [ThePrintStudio] and its employees from and against any and all claims, damages, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from or related to your use of the site or any Content you provide that results in a copyright or trademark infringement claim by a third party.

3. RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE [ThePrintStudio] reserves the right to reject any order that we, in our sole discretion, deem to be:

  • Clearly infringing on famous trademarks (e.g., unauthorized use of "CSK," "Nike," etc.).

  • Libelous, defamatory, obscene, or promoting hate speech.

  • Low-resolution or unsuitable for high-quality printing.

4. FROM CUSTOM TO CATALOG Our business model includes selecting high-quality customer designs for inclusion in our permanent "Studio Catalog."

  • Submission of a design for a custom order does not grant us the right to sell your design to others.

  • If we wish to add your design to our catalog, we will contact you via the email/phone provided to establish a formal Design License Agreement. You remain the owner of your art until a separate agreement is signed.

5. PRINTING LIMITATIONS & COLOR VARIANCE

  • Color Matching: We use the CMYK printing process. Because computer monitors display colors in RGB, there may be a slight variance between what you see on your screen and the final print on fabric.

  • Placement: Custom printing is a manual process. While we strive for perfection, slight variations in design placement (1–2cm) are considered within industry standards.

  • Garment Care: [ThePrintStudio] is not liable for damage caused by improper washing, high-heat drying, or direct ironing over printed areas. Please follow the care instructions provided with your order.

6. CANCELLATION & REFUNDS ON CUSTOM ORDERS Due to the personalized nature of our products:

  • Orders for custom-designed apparel cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded once production has begun.

  • Refunds or replacements will only be issued in cases of manufacturing defects (e.g., a hole in the shirt) or major printing errors that deviate significantly from the approved digital mockup.
